Busch + Kunz is Europe'sleading manufacturer of welding fittings. As a certified material manufacturer, we process all common materials as well as special materials, from cold-tough and heat-resistant steels to corrosion-resistant stainless steels, unique in Europe. We respond flexibly to the needs of our European customers, from standardised large series parts to customer-specific smaller series.

Welding fittings are essential for secure, durable connections in various industries such as marine, chemical industry and power plants. Special welding fittings that meet the requirements for pressure, temperature and transport medium are particularly necessary in pipeline and plant construction under the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

Welding fitting - a product with a wide variety of designs

Our product range includes a large number of combinations of welding fittings in terms of dimensions, wall thickness and material. We have already manufactured well over 17,000 variants and new ones are being added every day. However, all designs have one thing in common: they are always manufactured in tested quality. Our focus is on the requirements of our customers. Decades of experience in the production of fittings enables us at Busch + Kunz to such a high level of vertical integration.

Buying from Busch + Kunz means not searching but finding! We manufacture according to standards and customer requirements. As a manufacturer, we produce in Europe in all common steel and stainless steel grades and are stocked in the standard dimensions for P235GH and the stainless steel grades of 1.4571; 1.4541 and 1.4404 in welded design. In addition, we are happy to offer you special walls and special grades on a request basis.

Tested quatlity at Busch + Kunz

Non-destructive tests are carried out internally by our own trained personnel in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9712. Destructive tests are carried out on our behalf by an accredited external testing laboratory. On request, we offer our products with certificate 3.1 or 3.2 in accordance with DIN EN 10204. Our experienced team will be happy to assist you and is available to answer your questions at any time.
